Handstands – Strength – Soft Acrobatics – ‘Movement’
Handstands
Learn to stand on your hands. This is open to all levels ranging from total beginner all the way to starting the one arm handstand journey.
Strength
Build strength in the body. Our training pulls from calisthenics, gymnastics strength, weightlifting, and more.
Soft Acrobatics
This is a term used to describe a class in which we will crawl, roll, cartwheel and work towards basic acrobatic skills. This can be a fun way to both build and use strength and flexibility.
‘Movement’
Movement can mean anything, but here it is referring to training for a general physical preparedness for daily life and moving in different ways. This can include work on the spine, coordination work, balancing, basic strength and mobility, and more.
